This spring is located near Fiskvågvatnet Lake beneath Fiskvågflåget Mountain and can be reached by hiking the Lysløpya trail from the trailhead by Prestegården estate.

The spring itself is public, yet it’s also piped down to the facility of Polaris Water of Norway (the building closest to Prestegården estate), the world’s most northern commercial water source.
When you hike up the trail of Lysløypa, pass the first pool collecting the water, and continue until the trail splits about 5 minutes further, taking the steep path to the right leading up to the source, by which another pool collecting the water is located.
You can harvest the water above the water pool, where it comes out of the ground beneath the rocks, or you can get it from the collection pool.
Happy spring water harvesting!
TDS: 133 ppm.
Temperature: 5,5 C (41,9 F).
