Please rate this spring

This spring is full on year round. Drive up to the very end of Elkford Road (it is indeed a dead end) and walk in about forty feet. Fresh live Clean spring water. the spring it self is up one tier of rock about thirty feet. So the water fall you can see and hear before you even get out of your vehicle is not the actual spring. The Spring itself is about thirty feet from the falls. The neigbourhood has it tested every so often and always crystal clear water. Turbidity can be high after a good storm.

Visited the springs on April 21st 2011 and walked up the side of the falls. It is a tough climb and nearly impossible to carry up a 5 gallon water jug. Could not get any water as you need to bring a bucket and transport the water from the bucket to a 5 gallon water jug at the bottom of the waterfall. There is a broken pipe shooting out the water abut 40 ft up the side of the falls where you can catch the water in a bucket as the mouth of a 5 gallon water jug is too small. I walked up the side of the waterfall falling the water pipes for the houses about 150 ft to the top of the falls but did not go to the second waterfall where I heard was the start of the spring. It would be a long haul with the 5 gallon water jug. May attempt at another time.

Tried to reach this spring but met some very rude people who live at the end of the road who tried to tell us that it was a private spring and road.
