Originally a joke from the 1970’s, the Piddlin’ Tree has been the main water source for the small community of Rosswood ever since.  A simple pipe juts out from a giant cottonwood tree, the thick bark of which hides the pipe running down the other side of the tree and up the hill to the spring a dozen feet away.  This water is so delicious that numerous people will drive the 50 km from the nearby town of Terrace just to fill up as many 5 gallon buckets as their vehicle will carry.
