Description
Black Rock spring is located half way between Oil City and Tionesta, PA on Rt. 62. The spring seeps down through an old hemlock and beech forest to a concrete spring house with rubber tubing. There is a large parking area directly in front and a nice metal grate and pathway leading to the filling area.
