This spring is in the town of Bristol on route 130 just south of the Bristol Diner on the west side of the road. It flows out of a metal faucet and into a cement trough. There is a seating area right next to it. Local sources say it’s been in use as a source of drinking water for decades.

  1. Anthony Pono says:

The tds was 32 ppm and the temp was 50.2 f.

  2. jingjing says:

I am going to Maine in Dec. Just wondering if there is any hot spring nearby? Or, I am just too naive, not knowing anything about Maine at all. Thanks for let me know!

  3. Bob Hansen says:

    Has anyone tested this water?
If yes , please submit comments.
    Thank you, very much appreciated

  4. Sarah Pearce says:

I’ve been driving past this for decades, I would never drink it. Personally.

  5. Jed says:

This spring appears to have been capped. Drove there the other day and it was dry.

  6. Brian says:

Spring is flowing and cold, but there are warnings put there by the city saying it isn’t currently potable due to excessive bacteria levels. Looked fine, but I didn’t want to risk it.
