We tried to find this one and eventually stopped in at a local fly shop. The owner said this spring hasn’t been accessable for over 15 years. We still looked and looked but never found it. Then we moved on to find Boca, and it was not accessable either, chained up behind a cyclone fence due to vandalism. Sad.

Couldn’t find this spring either. Asked a local Hwy 80 camp store, owner said that the spring is gone due to widening of the road, We also went onto Boca. This spring is available, there is a PVC pipe on the outside of the fenced area, just look for the prolific watercress growth.

I am up in Truckee California for a few weeks and am hoping to find a spring around here…it looks like the one in Truckee is no longer accessable….Is the Boca location still available? Is it hard to locate? I see an earlier post here from (2011) thatsays Boca spring is no longer available due to vandalism and has a fence around it
