    How does this water taste?

  2. Stevarino says:

I used to drink this water all the time.  I went back in 2011 to find out there is a posting of water tests showing Nitrates and/or Nitrites.  I wish I knew how safe is this water.

    • Christina Martin says:

How many ppm nitrites and nitrates? City water also contains levels of these, and they’re a naturally occurring thing in lakes, too. If it was an overly high amount, I think who ever tested it would have posted a “do not drink” advisory.

  3. Sandy says:

how do you find out the water test now? my parents live so close to this one.

  4. Elvis says:

Is this spring still producing good clean water?

  5. Brian Bruechert says:

There’s a CAFO farm directly across the road. I would be very skeptical of nitrates from manure which is currently a huge problem in some areas of WI.. I’d also be concerned about what type of weed killers and chemicals the farmer is using.

  6. Christopher says:

    This water tastes great

  7. Max says:

The water is tested I believe quarterly, and it’s still flowing clean and drinkable.

The test results can be found at the Manitowoc county court house
