Please rate this spring

In 1980 this was a Rock Quarry and the guys that were drilling hit a spring, it filled up so fast that they were unable to get any of they’re equipment out. So at the bottom of this spring there is tractors, and all kinds of equipment.

  1. FRANK says:

    Is the water there drinkable?

    • zoe says:

With the equipment , oil, diesel fuel and other machinery in it, I would guess , no.

    • Grant Powell says:

Great question, it seems that on a find-a-spring-for-water-to-drink website that would be of paramount importance. I assume the poster doesn’t know or doesn’t care, and unless someone goes out to the site to test the water, we’ll never know. Certainly would be nice if FindaSpring hired someone to travel to the spring locations and do water tests and post reports, and be more active in verifying new locations.
