Tubed out to the road with a spigot on it so you can pull up, turn it on, and fill your bottles. Then turn it off and put the hose back on the stand. The hose is clearly visible from the road though there’s no sign or other indication except a small wooden bridge over the ditch.

Visited the spring and collected water. It’s been very dry up here in the Southern tier this July and this spring has a nice flow, so it’s a great reliable source. It’s also super cold which means its probably coming right out of the ground up the hill from the spigot. Very tasty! There’s also an old wooden sign above it that says School House Spa.

  2. Michele Ortolano says:

    Has anyone used this recently?

  3. Sonya says:

Has this water been tested for any bacteria? I collected it this week but am afraid to drink it.

  4. Arlyn Wheatcraft says:

We tried to find this spring, and we think we eventually found it, but the whole system has been removed. There is no sign, no bridge, and no spigot. There is a steady stream of water coming out of the side of the hill, but that’s it!

  5. JP says:

I was not able to find this accessible.
