Being a long distance, high intensity gravel cyclist, I care a lot about my water intake and quality. I’ve been purchasing and drinking spring water for nine years now…mainly Crazy Water (No 2 or 3) or Mountain View. However, this past August I found a spring on public land and have been gathering all of the water I drink, make espresso with…and even cook with. It’s free, except the gas and time it takes. I no longer need to boost my electrolyte level with supplements…and consume at least 2L per day of pure (unfiltered) artesian spring water…more if I’m riding/training.
