This is great, I was looking for a natural spring here in Niagara and found your site through an article written by Dr Mercola.

Thanks for posting this video with the great directions.

No problem, glad to help. Here’s another one not too far from there but it’s even higher TDS

      I’m new to this and will ask a very “newbie” question;
So, is it safe to rely on this as a main source of drinking water?
I called a lab about having the water chemically tested and was quoted approx $200. Can we get some of the locals to pitch in all together and get a test done?
This is a great site, thanks.

i’d like to know that too…as is, is it safe to drink daily?

      • Lpomalley says:

We’ve been drinking that water daily for about a year now; met a man there who’s been drinking it for 25 years. There are several of us who would love to get it tested too, but we aren’t sure where to go. Could you tell me what lab you called? If we do go ahead and get it tested, we’ll post the results!

  3. Sandra Monteiro says:

I would also like to know if the water is safe to drink on daily basis. I live in the area and it took me awhile to find the spring. I did taste the water, and to me, it tastes just like nestle pure life water. I also wouldn’t mind pitching in for an up-to-date taste to make sure we can drink this wate.

  4. Fiddler4hire says:

Does anyone know the one towards St. David’s?  I recall it from my childhood.  ~tsi

  5. Peter Lalonde says:

The city of Niagara tested the water for me (nov 25/13) for bacteria. There was no problem.

The testing company in NOTL is called E3 and they will do a pretty substantial analysis for $50 including alkalinity, color, conductivity, ph, hardness, floride, chloride, nitrates, nitites, phosphate, sulfate, metals, total dissolved solids, organic carbons, turbibty

Anyone want to chip in to do it in early December?

    • Michael Slingerland says:

Obviously this is a bit late but I have recently decided I would like to get this test done. I’ll pitch in if you are still going for it. Otherwise I might get the test done myself.

      • Dee says:

micheal I know this was last year but did you get this water tested? where and how much.. id like to test it as well especially cause I have a newborn

  6. Judi says:

Can anyone tell me who controls the access to the road leading to the Queenston spring? It is so much easier to drive right up to the spring … but the gate is often closed.

    • Dee says:

Judi, have you found a way to access that road? ive stopped going cause I have a little one and I haven’t found a good way to carry jugs of water down the gravel road.

  7. Mike says:

Does anyone know anything about a spring at Queenston Heights that comes directly out of the Niagara Escarpment? I’ve drank from it since I was a kid but have never heard about it regarding quality, safety, etc.

  8. Erica says:

I brought a sample to the Water Source for testing for bacteria, and they found it to be totally clear, nothing to worry about! Also the test was only $18. 🙂

  9. Dee says:

Id be more than willing to pitch in for testing. Any latest results? anyone know how often things could change?

  10. JJ says:

    Hello all,
I get water from here on a regular basis but I want to test if its safe. The test for heavy metals, pesticides, e. coli etc will be about $400.00 is there anyone that wants to go in with me to get lab results? If so contact me.

    • Andrea says:

I would like to know if any one is getting water from this spring!!! We are in 2018 and i have not found any recent comments about this spring!!! I am looking for the purest natural water source for our use!!!!
      Blessings,
      Andrea

  11. Su says:

I’m just curious. Are people still going here and drinking the water? I’m curious to try it.
