This is not even filtered water. I picked up many gallons from their farm & paid money even to get this horrendous stuff, only to find out that it tasted like sewer water ! It obviously is not filtered or purified ! I had to spit the water out & ended up pouring “ALL” the gallons out onto the ground. What a disappointment ! WARNING…… Drink the water at your own risk………………….. It is hazardous to your health in my opinion ! It was a wasted trip but at least I found out that I will never be going there again ! I don’t understand how the heck they can get away with selling this awful tasting water. It truly tastes like “SEWAGE WATER” ! They should be arrested for selling this nasty stuff disguised as water ! Buyer Beware ! If you value your health : Go Elsewhere !

Horrible people here. Called to inquire about their water and they hung up on me twice. Horrendous customer service. Concerned mother calling about spring water for sons formula, wondering if it was spring or well, because they list well water on their products list online but not spring water. Well water is fundamentally different than spring. Called about it to question and spoke with woman who immediately gave me attitude, saying she had no idea what the spring name was and yeah there was a spring on their property but they didn’t sell the water, then further giving me lip when I tried to understand why they provided well water but had a spring on their property. SHE HUNG UP ON ME when I asked more questions. Called back a couple hours later (after I had calmed down) and asked to speak with someone else. She rudely said oh yeah you’re the lady with the geological survey, you didn’t ask an actual question… I asked why she was giving me such attitude when I was just trying to inquire about their water that is listed on their product page. She didn’t answer, put the phone down, and then a male got on and immediately also gave me attitude. I explained I was just trying to make the hour trip up for some meat and eggs and milk and water (I spend at least $300 a month on pastured meat and eggs) and was wondering about the well/spring water they had and he said “Um do you have an actual question?”!!!!!! I said yes I do why are you both being so rude to a possible customer I’m just trying to find out about your water and HE HUNG UP ON ME TOO!!! I was outraged and offended and couldn’t believe I had been planning a huge day trip for my family from Philadelphia to spend money at this atrocious establishment. I worked on a family farm for 8 years selling produce and plants to people, and helping the customer with products was such a huge part of the deal! In any company, customer service is such a major component of a persons experience! Still fuming about the unfair treatment. Inconceivable how people running a business could be so rude. No matter what their product is, nothing is worth being so disrespected as a customer. They must be independently wealthy, turning away good business like mine. Shame on you Birchwood Farms.

Water is a little pricey, but tastes of minerals and is delicious. Its definitely a better bargain than buying water from a grocery store.
More than a water source, though, this farm is a valuable resource for raw, pastured, organic dairy, meats and eggs. This is kind of a one stop shop and I encourage anyone in the area to check it out!
