Well I found the spring quite easy but unfortunately this is on private property and has some intimidating signs at the gates. Perhaps the person who posted this had connections or ruffled the feathers of the owner by showing up on their driveway with their water jugs ready to harvest! I was not about to risk my freedom to test the water and drink it. Does anybody go frequently? Are the folks “never home” or do they have signs just to intimidate? I’d love more 411.

It seems to be next to the house, from the road on spring valley road there is a sign that says save our wells and you can see water running through, as everyone else says there are no traspassing signs all over, the only way would be to talk to the property owner

Visited this site yesterday. There is a large pipe and very cold outflow from a large black to the left of the driveway at 70 SpringValley road. Whomever listed this as a spring should clarify where the spring is exactly…is this a spring? where is the source? There is water running further up a steep hill. Is this the spring?

  8. Scott says:

I took water from the outflow to the left of the driveway around first week of July 2017. I tested the water with the Mosser Lee H2O OK Plus Complete Water Analysis Kit. The Coliform bacteria tested failed. All other tests passed (ph was 6 (well, this didn’t “pass” either according to test, but I understand ground sources may have lower ph).
